TOC uses certain types of personal information about staff, volunteers, young people, parents and carers and other individuals who come into contact with TOC – the data is solely used so that we can operate and meet our legal obligations.

TOC aims to ensure that all personal data that is collected, stored and processed is in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.  More detailed Privacy Notices for our Young People, Parents/Carers and Staff/Volunteers and how we process this personal data are available on our website under key documents.

TOC is the Data Controller for the purpose of the Data Protection legislation. TOC’s Data Protection Officer (DPO) is the overarching point of contact for individuals, whose data TOC processes and can be contacted at: support@thinkout.org.uk . We do not collect any personal data directly from our website and only use members of the public's personal data when responding to the enquiries we have received from them via email through our website.
