Meet The TOC leaders

We have both worked in SEN schools for over 30 years, and both have daughters with complex learning disabilities and health needs.  We know exactly how difficult it can be to find quality opportunities to allow young people with disabilities to access activities that help them continue to build their confidence, develop skills and give them the best chance of future independence.  

Our vision is to provide inclusive, high quality support to build upon the skills of our young adults - enabling them to live, learn and work in their local communities but also for their contribution to be fully recognised and valued.   We have high aspirations for our young people so focus on creating enjoyable and meaningful learning and work activities with their own designed goals. 

We are both extremely passionate about ensuring that our young people can access individually tailored community activities based on their own choices and aspirations.   Our local community are key to helping us make this a reality and we view parents & carers part of the TOC team.
